CARE & MAINTENANCE
Turn Inside Out: Always turn the garment inside out before washing. This protects the print from friction against other clothes or the washing machine drum.
Cold Water Only: Wash in cold water. High heat can cause the print to crack or fade and may shrink the fabric.
Use Mild Detergent: Stick to mild or eco-friendly detergents [10]. Avoid bleach and harsh fabric softeners, as they can break down the inks and leave a residue that dulls the design.
Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle or normal cycle and avoid overloading the machine to reduce unnecessary agitation.
Air Dry is Best: Hanging your garments to dry is the safest way to prevent shrinkage and print damage. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade both the fabric and the print; dry them in the shade instead.
Tumble Dry on Low: If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting. High heat is the primary cause of print "peeling" or cracking over time.
Never Iron the Print: Direct heat from an iron will melt or ruin the design. If ironing is necessary, turn the shirt inside out and use a low heat setting, or place a thin cloth over the design for protection.

- The Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.
2. "Change of Mind" & Sizing
Because each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
- Our Tip: To ensure you get the perfect fit every time, please refer to the Size Chart on each product page before checkout. If you prefer a relaxed, streetwear look, we generally recommend sizing up!

3. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your gear, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down or find a solution.
