At Core Culture Co., every item is printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we don't hold physical stock, we operate a bit differently than traditional retailers. This allows us to stay sustainable and offer a massive range of unique designs.
1. The "Quality First" Guarantee
We take immense pride in our artwork and the quality of our prints. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered.
- What to do: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- The Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.
2. "Change of Mind" & Sizing
Because each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
- Our Tip: To ensure you get the perfect fit every time, please refer to the Size Chart on each product page before checkout. If you prefer a relaxed, streetwear look, we generally recommend sizing up!
- Why this matters: This policy allows us to maintain our zero-waste commitment. By producing only what is ordered, we ensure no garment ever ends up in a landfill.
3. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your gear, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down or find a solution.
